Not getting some incoming calls. Restarted and reconfiged my Telo. No Change. Restarted Router, n/c.
Ooma support site is down. Chat people don't have any answers.
Wait for tech supp at 888 number.
Ooma may have met it's match.

I recently replaced one that was stuck with a red can't-connect light. Well past warranty, lasted almost exactly 4 years. I bought a refurb of Amazon for $60 plus tax (half of what I paid for the first one.)

on closer exam, it appears someones provider outside ooma hasn't registered all the IPs. It is unlikely to be an OOma issue in this case.

I'm having the same problem. Not able to restore service even with a full reset.

But it lasted 5 years, and a new one will pay for itself in a couple of months, so....
