I was able to get in one upper body workout and some time on the exercise bike. Sugar intake was moderate. Food intake overall was right in the middle.

Funny .gif!

My walk was longer than usual but it included a lunch/dinner trip to Wendy's for a $1 large fry, and then a walk to McDonald's for a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, and a Quarter Pounder with Cheese for $1 more.

Lovely day.

Running out of warm and light in the northeast, really starting to cramp my daily rides. I have been sneaking out of work a little early to get my ride in before dark, But that's ok, I do work stuff most every night. I bought some cold weather gear that works better than I thought, I rode yesterday in the mid 40's, today was warmer but felt cooler. 20 miles a day mostly, every single day. When it's too wet (probably 6 times since July) I do 3x20 min blasts on a recumbent. Weight staying the same, down over 130 Lbs.
It may be time to join Planet Fitness...

Edit: I really wish I had done this 15 years ago. My advice: Do it.

Composting in the living room! I like it.

I slightly exceeded my target as I got 25.68 miles of walking on my treadmill desktop.

I filled 11 bags (50 gallon) with leaves in 4 sessions of yardwork. I still have about three bags worth of leaves to run over with the mower to shred/compact. I don't know if the rain will hold off until I am done, but I am hoping.

So you found new muscles to make sore!

My leaves are under the snow. I’ll chop them in the spring when the grass pushes them up - unless they blow into the neighbors’ yards first,

My leaf hoard thus far.
No running. Lotsa walking.

Looks like my 3 bucket leaf collector except mine is on a zero-turn mower. But our leaves hadn't all fallen so I didn't get out in time to beat the snow for those that had fallen.

Averaged 4.2 mi/day last week, which is just about average for me. Knees not protesting too much and walking is much nicer with cooler temps.

Catzilla - down 130 lbs?! That's fantastic dude, I'd be dead!

Did some planking and walking up and down th stirs until my legs hurt. Trying to improve my breathing as the lungs are still a little damaged from the bronchitis episode I've been thru.
