27.97 miles on my treadmill which was about three miles over my target which is not necessarily a good thing because I’m in it for the long haul and I need to save my knees from wear.
I have been doing push-ups, or modified push-ups from my knees, not from my toes, since late July. I started out with twenty each morning and I up it one push-up each month so now I’m up to 24. I do them six days a week. At the same time I started doing sit-ups, same twenty plus up one each month. Now I have a slight problem. My weight is steady to down a pound or two over that time but my belly overhang is starting to disappear, shifting up and noticeably firming. Now the belt I have been wearing for years no longer fits around my waist because of those sit-ups - I need a longer belt since I can no longer shift the belly flab outside my belt (as well as because I have been on the last notch for some time!)
Or, of course, I need to lose some pounds.
