I do not buy pre-ground beef. Meat in a tube or factory tray is not a good choice.
We have a market that has a meat case and freshly ground 80/20 available and often on sale.

I love ground beef, especially custom ground with 25% fat.

I'm trying some sirloin hamburger patties from Costco, and they're—— just ok. I'll try the ground beef next time.
