I have someone on ebay that is totally scamming me. The person has bid/bought our PSP 3 different times under 3 different names. He has sent me fake paypal payments, and has had the same request (for me to ship the item BEFORE receiving payment).

I've turned the guy in every time, but I am really frustrated because I've had several watchers but the PSP keeps getting bought (only not really) and I know people aren't going to keep paying attention to my listing.

Any other ideas??

Craigslist maybe, sell only in person, cash only.

What is a fake PayPal payment?

Well, basically I got a false e-mail (looked a lot like a paypal receipt, but slightly different) saying the item was paid. I went to my paypal account and the money wasn't there. I e-mailed the buyer who then told me that it would be, "held," until they received the tracking number for the shipped item, and then they'd release the funds. Yeah, right!

That's strange. I've been doing eBay for almost 9 years with thousands of transactions and
I've never received a fake Paypal payment. I do require a Confirmed Address or payment is
kicked back.
