I was able to get in an upper body workout and actually scored WHOLE basket at a basketball game. Food intake could have been much better.

51 degrees F in RI.(forum doesn't like the degree symbol for some reason) First spring like ride today, new shoes and tubeless tires! 20.35 miles. I should be able to do a ride every day this week after work.

My wife who has been exercise resistant for some time now (goes to the trainer once a week but absolutely no more) went to the Y three times for some treadmill work last week and a mile and a half walk to town and back today. I went to the Y with her and got two long walks and a workout.

New routine adds planks, which I have not done in a while so my back is complaining a bit. I am going to see if I can convince myself do those before bed every night. Three one minute sessions for now.

Warmer weather will allow for some yard work the next couple of days.

Warm weather and now daylight savings.

Gained weight over the winter. Gym's barely done anything for me.

Been out jogging 4 days in the last week. Lost 4 pounds.

Good going guys! I walked 12.88 miles at an average altitude of about 6,000 feet.

I had to curtail my workouts for a few days.

Out and about in the cold gave me on.

3.8 Mi/day, about average. Still no weight loss after 15 months of regular walking. That's due to intake, peoples and I clearly don't have the willpower to reduce that yet. At least it's not going up.

One thing that was very helpful for me was switching out some elements of my diet: Veggie burgers and "Chik patties" for meat, and rice cakes and nuts for snacks. Soda water, water or unsweet iced tea in place of regular soda.

Intake is the same, but calories are reduced.
