Don't see why not. Standard headphone jack. iPods have standard headphone receptors. Should work without a problem.

Read the reviews on Amazon.

The Sony headphones have a 1/8" stereo headphone plug with a 1/4" adapter for home stereo use.

The iPod has a standard 1/8" stereo headphone jack.

The only problem *might* be the sensitivity of the 'phones. If they have high sensitivity, no problem. If not, then the volume will be low.

How low, too low, low but adequate- I have no idea.

I use Bose Triports with my Shuffle (1st gen) without a problem at home. The Sony's should work.
