most are the big type so I need good spacing and hopefully 2 banks. Any favorites? maybe 10-12 sockets? All low wattage draw for external stuff.

To use larger warts with those strips, I use the short extension cords that Cary mentioned. I also have one very similar to the strip pictured above, with sockets that rotate.

I have had a Tripp Lite Isobar set up for the main computer area for probably at least 20 years. This is an old tenement building,, and even after some rewiring in the 80s, there are very few outlets. So good strips are a must.

I do the 1' extension cords for wall warts. Got a good deal on 5 of them a few years ago... I think I paid $1 each for them.

Power Squid !!!! It's the best solution for a lot of Transformers.
