FYI: Still available for 139.99 for Costco members, but shipping is $4.99. I paid the extra for shipping because I believe these are still covered by Costco's general return policy.

I had purchased a set of Powerbeats 3 at Costco and they refused to charge within a couple months. I hightailed it over and returned them before 90 days, but when I combed over the 90 day electronics policy, it didn't seem to apply to headphones. The replacement Powerbeats also failed within 90 days, but I never got around to returning them because I figured I had time…and I was lazy. Now I feel like I'd be abusing the system since it's been over a year, but it's worth the extra $5 to me for the AirPods.

....quality for the Powerbeats went downhill......the 2 were o.k. but the 3 have been awful.....a lot of complaints.......the newer ones will probably be better......
