FWIW, I will never, ever, ever buy another Samsung appliance. TV's, no problem. But Appliances ? Poor designs, bad quality, terrible service.

and our experience was exactly the opposite, our Samsung appliances have been bulletproof. I can't speak to service as we have never needed it.
