my head feels foggy

For the last week my head has been in a fog. Hard to concentrate, makes my head hurt to read over any of my code, I just want to stare at my monitor. The fog starts to clear mid afternoon and then I get really tired like I'm going to sleep. I'm actually a little bit alarmed.

Ukulele music I couldn't find anywhere else.
I’ve added some recipes and spiritual thoughts as well.

Sinus problems? I've experienced something similar to what you describe.

Go to the doctor--ophthalmologist, perhaps?

Hurting sinuses and sore throat can both be symptoms of a sinus infection. I had a nasty one several months ago, and the only real symptom was a chronic sore throat. A dose of ZMax finally cleared it, but that was after another antibiotic failed to touch it. Check with your doc.

Green mucus would confirm a sinus infection. I'm suffering through one now myself. If you don't want to go to a doctor for prescription antibiotics, expect to be suffering with it for some time until your body can rally and overcome it.

Are you taking an innocuous-seeming medicine you don't normally take? Is it a food allergy? Is someone wearing perfume or cologne around you? Have you been checked for diabetes?
