i received text messages today from area codes in two different states, neither of which is mine, one saying “LetsMeetUp” and the other saying “LetsChatNow”, then both say, “[my name] Hey I got your number from ur profile. Shows we live close, lets chat [link inserted here] Find me here”

this link (dkq2.me/yaUz9ifOk) sends me to apple’s home page.

this link (ke9w.me/hlFJwTfOk) sends me to google’s home page.

neither link seems nefarious, but i’m skeptical that tim, larry or serge would try to hook up with me this way.

any thoughts about or experience with these?

I don't know the song. I only know it's not Smash Mouth, Sia, or Dave Matthews.

It's a negative earworm. I don't hear the song but I know I like it, and now all I can do is think about finding and blasting it.

My thoughts– you never should have clicked the links, just ignored and maybe blocked, and you definitely never should have made this post.
