3.1 mi/day, another week below average thanks to schedule restrictions and yeah well motivation… thingy.

13.37 miles walking over the last eight days and I'm down about 6 lbs.

Had back surgery on the 6th. Can you say Minimally invasive L3 & L4 Laminectomies?

Doctor says no twisting, lifting, bending, cycling or mowing my lawn. Walking is OK.

I'm feeling great and have a followup appointment in a couple of weeks.

Northern California Coast

For many of us, not mowing the lawn right now is pretty easy to follow.

Two gym workouts last week. Chose not to go today so will head over tomorrow. Got a couple of walks in. iWatch 4 notices that I seem to be walking and asks if I want to record the trip, but it is ten minutes into the walk and the recording starts when I say "yes" so it misses some of the exercise. Not a big deal, I suppose. My heart knows how far I've gone.

8.92 miles on my treadmill desktop, 3.2 miles walking one day outside, 12.12 miles total.
