I am trying to move data from an Android phone (Android version 5.0) to my new IPhone Xr. The iPhone has yet to be set up and activated. I am using the "Move to iOS" app on the Android phone. It always stalls at 23% even when I leave the two phones on overnight.

I have Googled extensively and tried many of the proposed "solutions." Nothing has worked so far. The process continues to stall at 23%.

I believe I am following the directions carefully although there may be something I have missed? Has anyone on the forum successfully attempted this? How did you do it (step by step if possible)? It seems so simple but is becoming very frustrating.
