I use Brave browser (a Chrome variant) and Chrome as my main non-work browsers. And they are great browsers EXCEPT for some reason, the spell check it terrible! I'm one of those terrible spellers that actually depends on spellcheck.

For some reason, Chrome will mark a word as misspelled, but offer no suggestion for a correction. I finally got mad enough about it to do something and I installed LanguageTool - grammar and spellcheck and it's a million times better than it was before and even way better than the other browsers.

I think they make add-ons for Safari and FF too - I might do that one day, but for now, I'm just happy that I have great spellcheck on Chrome.

I use the free version of Grammarly with Chrome, it works great
