That would be "wicked" Wilson Pickett. At least that is what Mustang Sally told me.

I always felt that Otis was very overrated, but i really liked Wilson.

What? You must be judging him from Dock of the Bay. Have you heard "The Immortal Otis Redding". Have you seen the videos fro "Ready Steady Go" and "Monterey"? Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin wouldn't follow him at The Filmore West.

You must be thinking of Johnny Otis, or maybe his cousin Schlomo. Or maybe Otis Day, or his nephew Morris.
