Weinstein Jury "We're Deadlocked"

Jurors in the trial against Harvey Weinstein indicated they were deadlocked Friday on
the two most serious counts against him, prompting the judge to order that any
verdict must be unanimous.

New York Supreme Court Judge James Burke added that if the jury can't reach a
unanimous decision, then it can't return a verdict on the two counts of predatory
sexual assault, which carry a maximum penalty of life in prison. The judge also
asked the jury to continue deliberations, which are set to resume Monday morning.

Juries often vote to acquit some counts while convicting on others. Being hung on a count shouldn't affect other counts.

One of the sales jobs political party's do on people is "don't diss them - you can be rich too one day". Keeps them in line buying lottery tickets hoping for even a small hit so they can at least pay grandma's medical bills and burial cost.

The old 'She wanted it' has been (usually) replaced by 'It was consensual', at least in words.

It doesn't take a political party to encourage people to want to be rich. You're mega-wealthy to most of the world and they dream of having what you have. Why shouldn't they?
