Doesn't the bidet leave your nether regions wet?

So what's your recommendation (assuming you're talking bidet attachment) ?

After using a cheap bidet seat for a while, we graduated to the Toto C200 in our master bath, though that's about $300 on sale and is probably a bit rich for most people's blood. A fairly comparable non-Toto is the Bio Bidet USPA 6800U, which can be had for around $200 on sale. However, I suggest anybody interested who hasn't tried one yet start out with one of the very cheap cold water versions such as the Luxe Bidet Neo 120, which costs less than $30. The coldness of the water is actually not that big a deal since it is actually at room temperature. Ken Sp. recommended the Brondell Bidet - Thinline SimpleSpa SS-150 which is similar but seems a little more sophisticated. The only thing I didn't like about the Luxe Neo 120 was that the valve was rather touchy so you could get a higher pressure blast than you wanted if you didn't have a careful touch. I fixed that with a second valve at the tank connection to reduce the pressure available.
I encourage you not to be put off by the video posted by Rolando. That appears to be based on using a seat with the pressure too high.

Or for not much more, get a poor-man's ToTo, a model that taps into both the hot and cold supply valves.
One would have to balance the two supplies just as adjusting the shower. Start cold and work up.
Probably ~$50.

A question regarding the toilet / bidet combo units:
Does the sprayer end of the bidet self-clean? Urine and feces splash around inside the bowl. Doesn't the sprayer get disgusting quickly?

... The issue I've found is that the air dryer can get wet with pee and then it smells like a big city subway stop. You have to spray with a cleaner manually, and do some scrubbing.
