Homeless are an especially vulnerable population for disease and exposing them to the public in that kind of setting is dangerous for them. LA will need to beef up day shelters to keep people safe.

Seattle has opened many more shelters for this reason.

Agree. My wife works at home and wash amazed at the number of camps of homeless under the expressway bridges.
