Large Video- Text Puzzle question ( iPhone)

I took a video of one 2 minute song at a show i was at recently..the next day i texted it to a friend..it texted just fine..

The next day i tried to text it to a another person...would not go

i dont understand why it would accept and send it one time
and then not send after that..

it's a big file, of chorse

Were both messages iMessages (i.e did both people also have iPhones)?

hmm..

yes, def regular text messages 'from' my phone

the successful text was to an iPhone for sure

the unsuccessful one, im pretty sure not to an iPhone
