We got a letter and we're supposed to complete online. Looks legit, but I ran into two problems:

The address they give (my2020census.gov) doesn't work for me. But http://www.my2020census.gov did.

Also, got a couple of pages in, and it terminated, saying "For security reasons, this session has been terminated."

Oddly enough, it was just after I entered my SSN and bank account numbers.

Ha. Just kidding. But it did boot me off with the above comment, and "Every response is important. Please try again using a different browser or device."

Using Safari on my Mac mini. I'll be interested what other folks' experience is.

Got ours in the mail and did it on-line about a week ago. Used their URL address and completed it in 8 minutes. No glitches.

Interestingly, however, I received another mailing from them a couple of days after after my on-line session. Had all the same info but said if I had already submitted it to just ignore this one.

Just received ours. Had a special code to use. Haven't tried, but we will.

Did yours have the code?

Did it. No issues other than a quick trip to the web to see if it was legit.

Did mine a couple of weeks ago as well. Simple and with only two of us in the household it was really quick. Did not ask any questions that could not be answered by someone watching us for a while from the sidewalk.

Got mine in the mail and completed the on-line survey. Was confused by a couple of the questions though. The one on sex didn't offer "Yes" or "No" as answers, only "Male" or "Female" and no indication for the other 57 variants I've been told exist that I need to be sensitive to.

The other question on race was confusing. Didn't offer choices of skin color like white, black, red, brown, yellow - but did offer about 57 other variations apparently based on where one thinks they came from. Noticed that all angry old white folks were lumped into one category though. I selected "Other" and wrote in "Russian-American". Figure if Washington is hung up on Russian collusion I might as well play along.

I got mine a few weeks ago, did the survey, all looked good.

Then I got another one. I did not save the first one, but I am sure the code was the same. I tried to do it again, it said I cannot continue with that code, but it did allow me to start another survey. I stopped right there. I do not want to be counted twice

No errors.

Got mine about ten days ago, Completed it without any problems. Got another one this week. Trashed it.

Got mine. Did it almost right away.

One odd thing....if you choose "White" they force you to make a provide a further choice among nationalities. Can't leave it blank. I picked one that sort of matches my surname, which is my father's side, but my mother's side was different.

Just odd to ask that. And not a very good explanation, in the form at least, of what they were looking for and why.

No - but we have a PO Box, not street address. So I went online and did it after checking the "didn't receive a code"

Did it in a couple of minutes.

Then I received a second one in the mail. I didn't open it to see what it said.

....it was from your mom reminding you to do the census.....

I did mine last night, because I was bored...

Very easy, except it kept refusing to not let me fill in the specifics of what I am besides "White". I said to myself, "why do you need to know this?" Seriously ... that really made me uncomfortable. I was tempted to write in the box "None of your damned business!" ... but that would have gotten me in trouble.
