While sheltering in place, I most days take walks in my neighborhood. Earlier this week, I notice that a couple of houses had inspirational sayings in sidewalk chalk. I took pics with my iPhone. The next day, I noticed that there were new saying..and took photos. The next day, I brought my OWN chalk to add a "Thank You" or "Yes!" or similar feedback. I've never met the people who live in this house..but it feels like a connection for our times.

Not today, as it a constant rain, but my wife has been putting a new message out for walkers to see as the old message fades away.
My town also organized a "Bear Hunt" for kids, involving signs, stuffed bears, Easter Bunnies, and Christmas lights on houses. You post your approximate address on a town website so families can drive around and search for your displays.
