Just sent 6 rolls from our house in Minnesota to my son in Boston. None in stores around him or available via Amazon.

Bidet attachment... If I turn it up to "pressure wash", I never NEED TP again.
But I prefer the somewhat less aggressive setting, so, a roll lasts me about 3 weeks.
I'm set until this time next year.

.....everyone already has a bidet in their bathroom.....it's called shower/bath tub......just 'wash' yourself after, instead of using TP......since TP is still being hoarded.....

What exactly are these aggressive settings of which you speak?

Does it range from "mild scrub" to "oh yeah, I feel it" to "mmm, feels kinda nice" to "not tonight, I need some lube" to "cleaner than an enema/colon cleanse" ? grinning smiley

Well, I'll tell ya... Mine is an el-cheapo model, so don't tar all bidet attachments with this brush...
But, turning the knob just a bit provides a wash of the area required.
Opening that knob full throttle could be mistaken for sittin' on a steel cutting water jet machine. It'll strip off the excreta, and quite possibly all the skin on that area too.
A gentle hand with the valve is suggested.
I still want the model I used in Thailand... High end Japanese model - had heated water, of adjustable temperature no less... massage spray settings, a joystick for aiming (insert Klingon joke here....), the whole nine yards.

From the too much information department, possibly the worst part of my appendectomy is the massive doses of antibiotics have killed all the bacteria in my intestines.

Poops are frequent and very messy because they're pretty much totally liquid.

The BM reports are starting to make this place sound like the dining room at the retirement village.

They didn’t give you a dose of intestinal flora ?

Nope. "Eat some yogurt."

But I'm still on strong oral antibiotics, so I'm not sure how much good that will do until the course of antibiotics is over.

Eat live culture yogurt, and ferment yourself some sauerkraut or kimchi (the latter has a lot more flavor). Both good sources of various bacterial strains that live in your gut. Either one can be made in 1-4 days at home, too.

Is this pattern expected? If not, then C. Dif infection might be suspected, depending on the antibiotic cocktail they have you on and any other symptoms.

PS: NOT a doctor of medicine

According to the doctors (and nurses), yes.

My appendix was "perforated" and apparently there was quite a lot of pus and infection in my abdomen. A serious amount of antibiotics were infused into me over several days to kill the infection.
