Who keeps making these movies for me?

Turned on my iPad and there was a notification about a movie being ready. It had put together some pics and vids from the second part of my trip to New Mexico from three weeks ago, complete with pretty decent editing, sound track and title.

Doesn't the Photos app do that automatically along with Memories and some other automated albums?
