Pretty spectacular. Even though we're in a health crisis, I'm surprised this hasn't had more coverage.

To be utterly pedantic; that's not Krakatoa... it's Anak Krakatoa. Krakatoa blew itself into the stratosphere, and the remains collapsed to the ocean floor in 1888. Anak rebuilt from the sea floor.

OK, I'll go back to the basement...

There were some absolutely crazy photos taken when Krakatoa let loose back in 1888.
