I think there is a theory somewhere that’s helps explain this phenomenon, but I can’t remember exactly what it is.

As a relative introvert, this is a real community for me (similar to how other people regard social media, which i mostly don't). I'm here at least as often as I'd be checking in with people IRL, just to see 'what's the buzz?'
It helps with all this blasted isolation.
