never heard of it. I am curious how you got infected. Did you install any software recently? do you remember where you got it from? see what is in your Downloads folder. If you are like most people I know (myself included), we rarely clean up that folder and any offending download should still be there.

Any number of fake "tune up" or "clean up" or uninstall-helpers can fall under this category.
