I guess they can't run call centers during a lockdown, because now you can log into your account on the website, push through a few "Yes, really" screens to go on a chat and threaten to cancel to get the $5/month discounted deal. And if you ask they will extend that price to a full year. Previously you had to dig your way through a phone tree before getting to a retention rep.
