See the gear-like ridges? Loosen the bolt a bit and fidget the pieces so the seat tilts downward & re-tighten. it's a locked-gear type fitting, held snug by the bolt. You'll need to snug it very tight, possibly with a pipe for leverage.. mine always slips back if I don't.

Replace the seat, and post too if necessary. You do NOT want to risk damaging the dangly bits and associated nerves, and a too-high seat nose can wreak major havoc down there.

A reasonably skilled auto body shop repairman can work magic by cutting and welding, if needed.

I don't know how to ask what I'm envisioning but...can the bracket be reversed on the rails?

I'm also worried that the seat post is over extended.
Either find a way to secure the seat level to the ground or get a new seat. Turning the post forward will physically work but it will be awkward due to pedal position.
You need to keep an eye out for bikes that fit you, big guy.

I think I'm going to need to go full welded custom, as others mentioned earlier, and I'm already in comm with a couple of local welders who laughed at the size of my "project" but are willing to do it. And I think the object will be to strengthen the post, then create an angle that makes it vertical.
And yeah, I may need to upgrade. This was the first bike I've had in 20 years, so I stepped into it with a cheapo, which I fricking LOVE. Love the beach bomber design, the super wide handlbars, and the giant 29" wheels. Just need to add some steel girders here and there for monster man and I should be good to go.
