color laser printer deals?

I've about had it with my Samsung wireless laser printer. it keeps dropping the network and it takes forever to get it connected again.

anyway, since I plan to replace it I thought I would up the ante and go for a color laser.

Anyone seen any deals worth mentioning?

I just bought a new Canon MF743C. I wanted an AIO color laser with duplex printing. The duplex feature really boosts the price.

I just went searching on eBay with the specs I need and found it.

We went with a Brother color laser AIO earlier this year, replacing our nearly 10 year old prior Canon AIO.

They are hard to find great deals, but ours was a little over $200. And it came with decent capacity toner cartridges out of the box.

USB cable doesn't work as it's a shared printer among the 6 of us (wife and 4 kids) and it's in a public area.
schlepping the laptop down to the printer everytime someone wanted to print would get old in a hurry.

and yes, it doesn't add color.

What does your research indicate? There is no requirement that the printer be under $400. Just want a good deal. (notice I did not say "cheap" color laser printer in the topic)

For me it was the cost of toner. I went with a Brother MFC-9330CDW. I can get a full generic toner set for about $40. I mostly use B&W, so the initial toner pack is still working a year and a half later. Quality is decent enough for home use, and performance is fine. Duplexing is a biggie for me as well. I'm a Brother fanboy as well, this is my fourth brother laser (all the previous ones were handed down as I've upgraded and are still in use).

YMMV.

Our HP Color Laser Printer is hooked to my wife's iMac via USB cable and is shared among all the other machines on the network. No need to schlep machines to hook it up.

There is at least one good printer sharing software to move a USB connected printer to sharing online. I can get that info at home if that’s helpful. Doesn’t add color tho!

The Brother AIO we purchased was $400 with tax and purchased from BB. MCC3770CDW

It's refurbed cousin the MCC3750CDW (w/o NFC) is $299.99 direct from Brother.
Fifty bucks more than the previously mentioned HL-L8360CDW.

That's a lot of color laser AIO for $300 !
