Macbook Pro Time problem
Posted by:

I'm sitting here with my iPhone saying it is 3:43 and my Apple watch saying 3;43 - but the Macbook Pro says it is 3:33.
I've never seen something like this - what the heck is going on??

In the "Date & Time" system preference, do you have the "Set data and time automatically" box checked?
BTW: Which time is the correct time?

The iPhone and watch are correct - and yes, set date and time automatically is enabled.

now I would be pissed off I were supposed to do a ZOOM meeting, and I was last 10 min, especially if it was an interview.

I restarted - no change. I went into date and time and unchecked set date and time automatically, changed the time and locked - time was correct for about 5 minutes then date and time reset to automatic and it is now 10 minutes slow again!

Initially, I'd change the time server from time.apple.com to pool.ntp.org and then reboot and zap PRAM and see what happens.

Check that your location is set correctly in the Time preference.
