Went to wash my face. Bent over the sink, got my hands nice and soapy. But forgot to take off my glasses.

Are you taking a statin? They can really mess with your short term memory. I had to get my dose reduced because the effect was so noticeable.

While I haven't done that one yet, I've lost count of the number of time I've gone into another area to get something and, once there, can't for the life of me remember what I wanted to get / do. confused smiley

Another one is where I look for my reading glasses while I'm wearing them. RollingEyesSmiley5

EDIT: Now I remember! Are you getting good sleep? I find when I don't sleep well I am much more forgetful the next day.
