out goes a large package of greens. I tried rinsing but I still got a mouthful of 'bleh' and previous experiences have taught me to be carreful with greens.

If you like 'baby greens,' they don't travel or store well. We get them sometimes from our CSA in early season - it pays to wash/rinse/spin the greens and pat dry before storing in a stay-fresh bag... I've learned to have an eagle-eye for 'wet arugula' in bags or containers. No saving those batches.

Keep a paper towel in with them and cover the container loosely with cellophane.

The struggle is real, I agree. CJs tip looks worth a try.
