the guy/gal with the camera could have been more helpful

I don’t think that was the idea. Normally the keepers would have put the pandas in another enclosure when they want to do maintenance. That’s what they did with all but two of them.
Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.
