Got in a few miles on the bike, a few miles on a hike. # upper body lifting sessions. Food intake was moderate, sugar intake not so much.

Weather and work continue to get in the way. A glorious two workouts for a total of 7.5 miles last week.

3.5 mi/day, not bad. But I didn't go out last night.

Got in a good ride for me on Saturday, followed up with a ride with my 8yo. He can haul on a bike when he wants to!

I can’t match any of the previous posters. All I got in was one 3.2 mile walk. But weight is steady and I’m already ahead of last week’s distance with five days remaining. I’ve given up on light intervals (walk, jog) for now until I can shed 20 pounds because my knees are griping.



Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.
