He has the skills but not the knowledge or care on how to do it correctly. That car should be in a junk yard, not out on the road, but if you are going to repair something hit that hard he should be using a frame rack and precision measuring devices. Not a puller and a tape measure. I also didn't see him use any anti-corrosion/rust spray on the INSIDE of the panels he was welding. That car is going to rust from the inside out on all those welds.
Those replacement doors should have been stripped and painted before installing them since they are the wrong color. You are going to see blue from the inside.

He has great metal working skills but so many parts in a modern vehicle lose a huge amount of design strength when they have been crumpled once...
