At 11:40 I get an email from Paypal titled, Annual Error Resolution Notice.
At 11:41 I get a message from Google Pay titled, Your annual notice about our customer service and error resolution policy.
They both look legit using my real name and including links that actually go back to paypal and google (don't worry - I do not click any links in emails ever)
I'm a little puzzled.
The paypal message:

Just remember that you can check out our Error Resolution Notice anytime by going to the section of our User Agreement "Liability for Unauthorized Transactions and Other Errors".

Thank you for being a PayPal customer.
Sincerely,
PayPal
