My wife's new toy arrived, and I was granted the rights to add some finger prints.

I also put it next to her iPhoneX.

It is nearly the exact same footprint as the X, which is a great size IMHO.

I also found the feel to really remind me of the iPhone 4/5/SE.

For those that like the smaller form factor, I bet the iPhone 12 Mini is exactly what you are looking for. Reminder - preorders start tomorrow 8 AM Eastern Time.

Yeah, we have a 12 in white, its got a nice, finished feel. Like the baskside of the OG SE.

Its the same size as caseless XR with a case on.

The white seems to have kind of a pink hue to it, wierdly enough.

I want to see a report on battery life for the mini before we do anything. But, I'm betting we'll be doing 2 of those and the T-Mobile old guy plan pretty soon. My Google Fi plan renews in 13 days, so there'll probably be a battery report after they're released next Friday and maybe I can do it before this cycle ends. If not, we'll wait a month or just lose a couple of weeks of the current plan.

AT&T as well.

Apple is being very aggressive.

I ended up waiting on a Mac, iPad and an iPhone all pre-logged in to place a new order this AM.

The iPad was clearly the fastest - I ended up getting the order in etc before the other two were lt in the store!

I suspect the line for the mini and max will be less than the standard iPhone 12 models, however.

If you have any recent phone... now is the time for trade ins -- super generous right now.

We traded in 2 year old XR's for $800 = free 12. Even with a broken screen.

Im almost tempted to find a working 6S on CL -- $350 trade in value.
