I turned on my iPhone's 'Exposure Notification' contact tracking last night and posted about it on Facebook. Two friends tried and were unable to turn it on. Have others in CA tried to turn contact tracking on?

I turned it on but haven't done anything with it. I thought it was a pilot test only available for folks associated with the University of California. I'm not sure other people are able to use it but I could be wrong.
