I missed posting lat week but I will just be real. I ate like a pig and didn't exercise much. In two weeks I got in 4 upper body workouts, one 7 mile bike ride, a 2 mile walk. I should have gotten in at least 4 more workouts and more biking to try to balance out my sugar sins.

I have been lax as to my riding. I had not done anything in at least 3 weeks. Getting back into it is harder and harder each time I take a break, forced or otherwise. Gotta keep up the exercise somehow to not lose what i have gained.

I did have two 20-25 minute sessions on the trainer this past weekend. It does make me feel better, regardless of how hard it is to get back into it.

*sigh*

3.3 Mi/day thanks to Mrs. Zealand needing to walk as well. Being away from work for a week helped, too...

My Runkeeper app informed Me that we set a record for a month by walking 28 days! I think that was mostly due to Covid restrictions. 13.3 miles of walking. We jog just enough to keep running muscles loose.

It has been two days with no exercise. My back has been too sore to even walk. Just a muscular problem I believe.
