I have been lax as to my riding. I had not done anything in at least 3 weeks. Getting back into it is harder and harder each time I take a break, forced or otherwise. Gotta keep up the exercise somehow to not lose what i have gained.
I did have two 20-25 minute sessions on the trainer this past weekend. It does make me feel better, regardless of how hard it is to get back into it.
