That’s a generic aftermarket cowl hood, aka a reverse hood scoop meant to scavenge trapped air at the base of the windshield. 99.999% of the time the hood scoop doesn’t exist (is blocked off) just a cosmetic style unless you really needed the extra height because of a tall racing intake. Much easier to install a cheap hood than to install actual horsepower.
