called Monday for a keyboard exchange for my recently purchased dual Xeon which was getting stuck and double keys.
Took maybe 10 minutes. KB arrived yesterday, prepaid for return of the defective one.
If only more manufacturers were like that.

a lot of times Apple doesn't ask for the broken one back.
