Ordered some exercise equipment on the evening of Jan 3 (Sunday), I got email next day, Jan 4 Monday that it shipped.

Today, 8 days later, if I track that order, Costco says Order Is Being Processed, and there is a UPS number. UPS says the number is not valid, which means they didn't get the package.

My complain is really that they don't even give you an estimate. Also email falsely claims "Your Costco.com Order Number XXXXXXXXX Was Shipped." I call BS.

....so this is the.....Cost......???

Is it a treadmill? I ordered a treadmill in early December and it took forever to get to me (over 3 weeks) but it was incredibly heavy so that probably made it more difficult.

There could be a few possibilities.

1) Costco out and out lied and they haven't shipped it yet.

2) Bad software says your items shipped when they merely set up the pickup with UPS.

3) UPS lied, just on GP, and they dropped the ball.

4) COVID has messed with manpower and logistics, and it's not really the the fault of either party or result of deliberate obfuscation.

I'd give the seller a 'Dear Costco, WFT, over?' missive and not worry.

Those extra pounds of yours will still be there when the exercise equipment finally arrives, and your purchase won't be waisted.

On the phone w/Costco now. ordered 5 items of coffee. Only one in the box. Order marked "COMPLETE". Never had a problem with them before. Weird to se another complaint at the same time.

Costco delivery is a whole 'nother world, I think. I ordered once from them directly in April and had sugar spilled all over the box, and 3 batteries of an 8 pack of 9v missing. I never got a refund. I then used their instacart delivery system for some groceries and was scammed out of $100 by the delivery person. I got that back but it was a major pita and took months.

......be lucky that one's wife/girlfriend/s.o.......isn't 'late'.......
