Is there a way, other than show Desktop Version to force a site to load as if it was running on MacOS or Windows OS?

This site will not load on an iPad, by the company's intentional design. It still fails to load when show desktop version is enabled. They support Safari on a MacOS, just not iOS. There is no difference in capabilities between the two browsers and I'm all but certain it will work fine if I could just get it to load.

When it loads on a Mac you get a login window, on the iPad it tells you it won't work. The App version does not support the staff functionality. I can't figure out any magic in either Chrome or Safari on the iPad to fake the site into thinking it is a desktop.

Doesn't work on Android / Chrome either

I downloaded one of the third party browsers that allows you to change your user state and it STILL wouldn't load. Wonder what they are using to detect, they sure are going very far out of their way to block it.
