So many sites are using this now. It has become a pox. You have to click on the "x" to make it go away before you can access a site.

Can this "feature" be disabled?

The thing that's really driving me bonkers is the cookie warning and setting BS. This might have been a good idea 15-20 years ago, but today??? I can set my privacy settings for cookies in my browser preferences thank you, I don't want to do it for every FRACKING site...
