I have a hard time believing that many of Apple's customers would set foot in a Kia dealership. Most of them are the modern day equivalent of buy/pay here lots.

What world do you live in? Many of Apple's customers buy their phones that way.

And I've been to one of those lots...they are something else!

I own a Kia Soul!
I bought it new in 2018. I was very surprised by the fit and finish.
I wasn’t actually surprised by Apple talking to Kia, once I thought about it.
Our Kia dealership is comparable to the other dealerships I have been in.
