the last week my firewall has been hit as many as 10 times a day, up from the normal once in a while.
While I'm sure that's nothing compared to GE or Exxon........

I had to take down the web access on my phone server because of automated attacks on it. My log files went from 5-10 attempts to 2500 in 2 hours. I used to be able to log in and check my voicemail from work, but no more.
