Not quite how I'd have customized a '62 Corvette, but I get where the owner was going with it and it's very nice overall. I particularly like the color and how the owner recovered the modern seats to match the original interior pattern.

Baby Buzz is jonesin' for 2017/18 Subie Outback, but I'm trying to get him to option up to the '62 Vette.
Fingers crossed.

We also have a '62 one like msglee's, only in black & red, because those were his club team's colors at the time, and coincidentally became his HS colors a couple of years later.

Might want to slap some American Racing style mags on 'Bones'....

Maybe even paint the wheel centers to match the body.
Sweet ride, great find. Thanks for sharing.

I'd pass on the C4. ALMOST any Corvette.

Ehhhh...

While the C4s had their problems at introduction (silly video game instruments, butt-ugly dashboard, rock hard ride, gutless engine, and insipid styling to name just five) they did get continuously and demonstrably better on all counts every year that they were in production with the final ones being actually quite good in most respects except styling, but then when the C5s with their chopped-off yet still ginormous rear ends debuted suddenly the C4s seemed to look much better in my opinion.

To each his own. I've always liked the C3s (go ahead, poke fun at me for that, you won't be the first or last to do so), particularly the '73 and '79 models, so my personal opinion on Corvettes is suspect at best.

I like the C3s. Much better styling. The C4 is just so bland...and the engines in the early ones...yikes. I'd rather have a Camaro or Firebird of the same vintage than a C4.
