Seems a bit useless.
1. I’ve never NOT been able to find a recipe online that wasn’t converted to instant pot.
2. For example, The chart says ‘black beans 20 mins’. You’re not going to put black beans in a pot by themselves and cook them. You’re going to put other ingredients according to your recipe and that will change both the liquid required and the time to cook and the type of pressure release. Useless chart, in most cases.

Not sure if this has been covered, but my instant pot has been most useful as a great sous vide machine. Just stick your steak in vacuum pack or ziplock with air removed and put it on warm. This setting will keep it 135. After a couple hours (at least), take out the steak/roast/any meat and dry it off. Salt and pepper, sear in hot skillet for 1 minute on each side. Perfect!
